I am absolutely excited to share with you my journey through my 3 DAY Detox Programme with Juice to U !!!


The 3 DAY Detox Programme Includes the Following:

4 x 3 Sets of Juices

2 Lemons

The 4 Sets of Juices include a Juice to be drunk at

9.AM‘Clean Green’ Juice Contains: Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Apples & Lime

12PM‘Lets Glow’ Juice Contains: Oranges, Apples, Kiwi, Grapes & Strawberries

3PM‘Clean Green’ Juice Contains: Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Apples & Lime

6PM‘Berry Good’ Juice Contains:  Pineapple, Blueberries, Strawberries, Apples & Raspberries


Lemons are included to be squeezed over/ sliced & inserted into water (recommended 2L of water a day) to refresh you, and speed up your metabolism!!!

This is one of the very first experiences I’ve had of trying a Juice Detoxing Programme & was very anxious to get a sense benefit from all that the programme has to offer.

& So I began to utilise the detox programme, as it is only for 3 days & if done properly then will achieve excellent internal & external results.

& So I started at 9.AM with my first Juice ‘ Clean Green ‘ –

Typically the Intense blast of Vegetable didn’t appeal to me much ( as I am not the type of person that will drink Vegetables in a Juice / Smoothie form ) However the Juice was not overpowering in the sense that you will not taste much of the vegetable (EVEN THOUGH IT MOSTLY CONTAINS IT, the Spinach & Celery.) < So that was a definite Bonus.

***& if you need an added kick, you can add either Ginger, Mint or Cinnamon to your Juice to bring a blast of Flavour!

I then Prepared a Salad full of Greens! & Had Lots of Water

12.PM ‘Lets Glow’ Juice

The Lets glow Juice is Packed with Fruits & will give you a Boost throughout the day. The Juice is aimed at cleansing your Digestive System & Bringing Glow to your Skin!

I honestly felt Refreshed at this point & was definitely full, as I had no feeling of hunger.

3.PM ‘ Clean Green’ Juice

Again I consumed the Juice & Lots of Water

6.PM ‘Berry Good’ Juice

The Berry Good Juice is a juice packed with Fruit, this is your Second/ Last Juice of the day that is full of Fruits & Nutrients.

The Berry Good Juice is Packed with Antioxidants to help keep your Cardiovascular healthy & running smoothly (HOW PERFECT & ALL IN A JUICE)!!!

& I ate a Grilled Chicken Breast / with Broccoli – & Water completing my 2L Of water for the day!

On day 2 – I began to feel the effects of Headaches, and Tiredness. However in situations where you are feeling weak, you must remember that you are not starving yourself. As you will be drinking Juices & Consuming Foods that contribute to your daily intake of Calories/ Nutrients / Vitamins!!!! So you have to stay strong & in the end you will feel Cleansed & Healthier 🙂

9.AMClean Green Juice, this time I included a bit of blended mint to my Juice to add a boost of freshness & this brought more flavour into the Juice!!!

– followed by

My Water & Lemon Wedge Mix

I also ate a Banana

12.PM  Lets Glow Juice

& Water

3.PM Clean Green Juice

Followed by an Egg on Brown Bread

& My Water / Mix

( I was tempted by Diet coke at this point, as I am a massive drinker of the Fizzy drink & despite fighting my temptations I had drunk a few sips of the drink, before realising that I shouldn’t be drinking this. If I can take this moment back I would not have drunk this & instead stuck to the No Fizzy Drink Rule ) But we are all Humans, and we will be tempted to give into our temptations.

6.PM Berry Good Juice

At this Point & after the Juice I was full & Completed the day with finishing my intake of 2L Of water!!!

Day 3 – I cannot stress enough to you my feelings of freshness upon reaching day 3 of the Detox Programme. I’ve felt a massive reduction in my Stress levels, and felt that I was cleansed internally, as well as externally through my complexion & the way my Skin appears.

& so here is my Food / Juice Diary for the final day of my Cleanse!

9.AM Clean Green Juice

& Water

12.PM Lets Glow Juice

I consumed some Strawberry Yoghurt

& Lemon/ Mixed with Water

3.PM Clean Green Juice

& Water mixed with Lemon Wedges

6.PM Berry Good Juice

Followed by Grilled Chicken – Shish Taouk with Salad (made with Cucumber, Tomato & Aubergine)

& finished with my Intake of my 2L Of Water

At this Point I can safely say that I’ve Felt like a weight has been lifted of me & my stress has reduced after completing the 3 DAY Detoxing Programme from Juice To U.

I’ve also realised a difference in my complexion, my skin has felt much more fresher & appeared more Glowing!!!!

Any Reductions of Weight have not been Dramatic, however if you are sticking with the Diet Programme for a longer period of time, then you will loose a lot of weight!! but I can safely say that I have lost just over 2KG.   1. I’ve never “juiced” or tried a detoxing programme, although I always wanted to. This sounds pretty good and it’3 days, that’s something I can handle 😀

    1. Yeah absolutely, I felt more encouraged as it was a 3 Day Programme, even the 5 Day programme available is a good option if you’re looking for a longer lasting programme :-p I’ve never tried juicing before this experience either & I don’t regret it 🙂 x
