I’m back with an exciting post, all about my day trip to Brighton with a couple of my University friends that I’ve met during my Master’s degree, and a lovely work friend I met in the journey <3 🙂 …. and the cute thing is I work with the two friends I’ve met through university, Ricardo & Hyojuu… and my work friend Maria <3!!!
So we headed to Brighton, bright and early in the morning from London Blackfriars and too our knowledge our first train was cancelled… so we had to wait an extra half an hour before we headed on our adventure! haha!
So we then arrived at Brighton, and really the vibe was beautiful, something about Brighton is always cheerful… you go there for a fun time, to take your mind of things and to just take in the sights and art and that we did :D! We entered a beautiful hot weather vibe which we LOVED <3
We travelled all across the shopping centre, and through the cobbled streets we passed a couple of boutique shops which were adorable, and gorgeous little cafes to the BEACH <3…. Along the pier we headed to the Brighton Marina & then ate in Las Iguanas where we enjoyed some delicious Mexican food, which was thoroughly enjoyed by us all, however …. I won’t lie the service was absolutely terrible … (VERY SLOW)…. but = delicious still … and then we headed back onto the rocky beach … and sat looking at the beach… ah it was so peaceful… and Ricardo even managed to touch the water … but we were suddenly hit with cold weather and strong winds, and then it started raining … Typical UK :D… but we never let that stop us…..!!!!
We stumbled across this delicious Doughnut bakery called DUM DUM Dountterie (WHICH I RECOMMEND CHECKING OUT)!!!! … Maria found the cute little place and I had to try it out … I WILL SAFELY SAY THAT THE DOUGHNUT WAS DELICIIIIICIIIISIISOUS <3!
& We finished our journey by heading onto the infamous Brighton Palace Pier …. where all the magic and rides were :)… We all played games …. which we were really bad at… Myself, Hyojuu and Ricardo tried our luck at a game where you had to throw balls at tins…. but our throwing skills were not up to scratch and we laughed at how crazy our throws were…. and Hyojuu and I ended up wasting our money on a shooting game inside the Pier…. it swallowed up Hyojuu’s money and wouldn’t give it back to HER… WE BOTH THOUGHT WE WERE PLAYING THE GAME … HAHA!
So after all that we just had to complete the journey to Brighton with some sugar coated doughnuts … (second round of doughnuts) … yum 🙂 and then we headed back to London… that night all of us had a lovely nights sleep :)!
I also will share what I’m wearing and make the post a Day out / Outfit of the Day post :)!!!… as I have not been able to share a lot of outfit posts recently… with my Master’s degree!!!…. But The outfit details will be shared on my next post <3 😀 … so stay tuned!
